The method
A funder rarely looks at a national programme. They look at a set of counties. This module adds up any selection of counties into one indicative scenario — build cost split by grassroots and professional, running cost, trading income, jobs, players, professionals produced, health and productivity value and tax — and shows that selection as a share of the national programme. The comparison does the same job for exactly two counties, metric by metric. Nothing here selects, ranks or recommends an investment for any person: it is general football-development research, not an offer, invitation, solicitation, investment recommendation, financial promotion or advice.
